At Plot Clothing we understand that shopping online can sometimes lead to wrong choices. The size is not right or it just doesn’t suit. This is why to make things easy for our customers we’re happy to accept returns for an exchange or credit. Only when the order received is either incorrect or faulty, are we to process refunds.


To make a return for either refund or exchange you can either:

  • Bring the item/s and your email receipt to any of our stores and our staff will gladly assist you.
  • Alternatively email us at your required sizes and our team will get in touch to directly exchange your items via delivery. (One-way delivery fees apply)

Note, before returning your item, make sure your order is within 30 days of purchase.



  • Returns and/or exchanges to be requested within 30 days of purchase
  • Returns and/or exchanges must be unwashed, unworn, with all original tags intact and in original condition including packaging
  • All returns and/or exchanges are subject to an inspection
  • Shipping costs are responsibility of the customer and will not be refunded unless the item is faulty
  • All returns will either be exchanged for an item of same value or an online credit will be supplied
  • We are not responsible for any items incorrectly returned
