SHIPPING & PRICES
We aim to dispatch your online order within 24 hours of receiving your order (except on weekends). However under circumstances where an item is sold out, we will promptly advise you so you can consider an alternative item.
DOMESTIC (Australia wide)
Place your order by 2pm AEST to have it dispatched from our warehouse the same day!
Standard delivery within Australia (unless promotion Available): (we can ship to any address in Australia. Depending on your location, normally the item will arrive between 1-5 business days)
- FREE STANDARD DELIVERY Australia - wide on orders over $100.
- For orders over $100 we also offer an Express Delivery service for a flat rate of $5.00.
- For orders under $100 we charge a flat rate of $9.95 for Standard postage and handling.
Please note that AUSPOST and Fastway Couriers requires signature on delivery. If you aren't home to receive your delivery, a card will be left for you and the parcel will be taken to your nearest Post Office or Fastway Pick-up Point where you can collect it.
AVOID A TRIP TO THE POST OFFICE / FASTWAY PICK-UP POINT BY – ensuring your shipping address is where you will be during business hours. If you are confident that your parcel can be safely left in the event that you’re not home, you can give an ‘Authority to Leave’ (ATL) without signature instruction however Plot Clothing will not be liable to replace the order for whatever reason, be stolen or lost after it has been delivered. We will accept NO RESPONSIBILITY for items marked ‘ATL’ and will consider the items as left as instructed. We highly recommend that customers send their parcels to a daytime address where it can be signed for.
- Delivery costs are calculated and applied to orders at checkout by weight and destination.
- Duties and taxes are the responsibility of the customer. Please contact your local customer authority for details.
Your order will be dispatched via the most suitable carrier, depending on size and weight.
Our preferred carrier is Australia Post
When you place your order we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your item/s and the shipping option you choose. Delivery time cannot be guaranteed by Plot Clothing as it is only an estimate. Any delays post- dispatchment will be out of our control and will be due to delays caused by the shipping company. You will have to follow up any issues if there are delays with the respective shipping company used. (Please note that Australia Post does not operate on Saturdays and Sundays).
At Plot Clothing we understand that shopping online can sometimes lead to wrong choices. The size is not right or it just doesn’t suit. This is why to make things easy for our customers we’re happy to accept returns for an exchange or credit but not refund.
To make a return for either refund or exchange please follow these easy steps:
* Go to our website ‘plotclothing.com’ and find the return form under the returns tab
* complete and send the returns form
* we will then supply you with a RMA number and notify you on the next steps
Note, before returning your item, make sure your order is within 30 days of purchase.
Here are a few fair conditions:
* returns and/or exchanges to be requested within 30 days of purchase
* returns and/or exchanges must be unwashed, unworn, with all original tags intact and in original condition including packaging
* all returns and/or exchanges are subject to an inspection
* shipping costs are responsibility of the customer and will not be refunded unless the item is faulty
* all returns will either be exchanged for an item of same value or an online credit will be supplied
* We are not responsible for any items incorrectly returned
